Success Stories with EBS Tax Credits

The typical EBS project is the new construction or renovation and expansion of a faith-based community facility with housing and services for the homeless. We have worked in most of the 50 states, typically in major cities such as Dallas, Charlotte, Phoenix, Memphis, Pittsburgh, Indianapolis, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Fresno. We have worked on many other types of community facilities such as tiny home communities for the chronically homeless in Austin and San Antonio, a charter school in Milwaukee, a shelter for women in Columbus, an addiction recovery program in Baltimore, an emergency room diversion program in Merced, a YMCA in Oregon, and a Boys and Girls Club in Kalamazoo.
